As some of you may know, this is a big year for Neko Press. Not only have I released to what seems to be a definitive collection of my work, we are on the verge of hitting our 10 year mark as a publishing company in July. This all dawned on me when someone at my recent book signing asked about the year I formed Neko Press. I have been so damn busy I forgot what time and state of mind I was in. It?s very fortunate thing to be able to look back and be thankful to still be around, not only as an artist in the business, but as a publisher. We have some cool shows coming up to celebrate the event, so keep checking the calendar for a show near you.
In other news we have just added a student art section with samples of art done by various talented individuals that are taking art lessons at the Neko Press Art Studio. Just click on this (link) and check it out. We will be adding samples as the days go by of current works by students enrolled at my school. Additional information is listed and of course you can just e-mail me if you have any questions about tuition and class availability.
I wish all of you an enjoyable 2009, though there is a lot of change and new challenges for us all, I feel there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Be positive and be cool to one another, until next time peace, love and Rock-n-Roll
